"Keyprime was the 4th contractor I contacted to get a quote for my roof. William came out the same day I called. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He even informed me about my shingles potentially being a part of a class action suit that could result in a small settlement. He also found wind damage to my roof that somehow the other 3 contractors missed. William and Pam met with my insurance adjuster and to my surprise the roof of the house was covered because of the wind damage. Within a week I was contacted by the job supervisor and was given a date they would start. The entire project was done start to finish within 3 weeks of my initial call to Keyprime. It took linger for me to pay my invoice having to wait for insurance and all that. This was the best experience I've had when it comes to home repairs and renovations. I would recommend Keyprime to anyone looking for a new roof. I will likely use them for windows and siding projects in the future."

They were very open about my windows and gave me info on how to get them repaired under my warranty instead of just offering their own services. "Steve Bormann was top notch! Always answered questions; explained everything that needed to be done; was very punctual; returned phone calls promptly. In total, I feel he (and his crew) went way above and beyond in doing the roofing. Replaced all vents with proper types. Capped one he didn't probably need to, but he said he was afraid the pipe might have been cracked inside the house, thus allowing a water leak. He and his crew were efficient and got the job done very quickly...and I know it was done correctly! His charge was VERY reasonable and he put some confidence back in me that there are still good roofing contractors out there. (Last year I dealt with a local contractor that I could only say was a real shyster. In fact he was fined by the State Of MN for his bad business practices. It was a very bad experience for me!) Bottom line: If I would ever need another roofing done, I'd call Bormann Bros. contracting! I highly recommend them!!"

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

Our roof needed additional repair work beyond just shingling. The estimate for that, I thought, was fair. They even repainted the replacement fascia work with a matching paint color. They also replaced the roof vents with ones that were of much higher quality and squirrel-proof. The roof now looks a lot better and is of much higher quality that what we had before.
