Tim came with one of his employees, it was at the end of the day , they poured earlier, and Tim looked like he rolled around on the color;) He was really funny, and kind, and patient, even after a clearly long day, he did not rush us, he answered questions, that others couldn't. We wanted a closet system that optimized the available space, gave HIM hooks galore for hats and clothes (that he otherwise won't hang up), gave HER the shoe racks of her dreams, provided LOTS of storage options, AND looked gorgeous in our newly renovated MBR. They noted everything on our wish list, and were able to show us actual products in their demo trailer (coolest set up I've ever seen!). Their pricing was fair, they provided 3D renderings (that helped tremendously), and they did a perfect job of installing the closet system. The outcome was EXACTLY what they promised and EXACTLY what we wanted. On a scale of one to ten, I'd give them a 100. They're truly a professional team offering great products and service.
