"Jeremy showed up promptly and assessed the work that we needed done.  He had to get some of the parts but was back quickly.  He worked on the outside faucet first, replacing it with a new one.  Then he installed the shut-off valves in the bathrooms.  Last but not least, he replaced the kitchen faucet and shut-off valves.  He cleaned up the areas after each project.  We were very happy with his work and would call Golden's Plumbing for any further plumbing issues we may have. <br />"

"They called before arriving and were right on time.  They examined the valve and went ahead and replaced it.  They also noticed that one of my basement drains was slow so they cleared that out and tightened the outside faucets which made them work much better.  Everything went very well and was done in a timely manner. <br> <br>They are very easy to work with and explained everything they were doing and made sure I was okay with it all before proceeding.They also gave me some advice on how to maintain the drain and faucets better, which I appreciated. <br> <br>Thank you! "

"I did not hire HydroPhysics directly. They were sub-contracted out to me by InspectorNick.com. When I went out to the house for my standard home inspection, 15 minutes in advance, the sewer drain inspector, Chris Lang, was already there waiting for me. Once my realtor showed up to open the house Chris went straight to work inspecting the sewer drain while I went around the house with my standard home inspector. My realtor stayed to talk with Chris and he left without talking to me. He left my realtor a CD and his business card and that was it. I was disappointed that he did not come up to talk to me directly to explain the different conditions of the sewer. <br /> When I got home I was able to watch the video and see all the obstructions/issues with the sewer drain but since he did not speak with me directly I really didn't know how to process it. Most of the information I had to get indirectly from talking with my realtor. <br /> 2 days later I received the sewer inspection report from InspectorNick.com with a description of the conditions although since it was prepared with InspectorNick.com stationary I'm not sure who actually filled out the information. <br /> Overall I was given all of the useful information about the sewer drain condition through the video on the CD and the inspection report but I would have liked to talk to Chris directly to understand how the sewer drain works and to learn for myself what the difference between a major and minor issue might be."

"I am in the process of selling my home and needed a septic inspection.  The entire staff of Honey Wagon was a pleasure to work with.  They came out to locate my tank the first time and were unable to find it.  They recommended calling in a company to locate it by going into the pipe from the inside.  They made all of the arrangements to get someone here within a day or two.  once the tank was located, Clint, the senior technician,  and Andrew came back out to dig down to the lid.  Unfortunately, it was partially under my deck, but they were able to get to it without having to take apart my deck or dig up any landscaping!  They did a fantastic job!!!  I was very impressed with their professionalism and attitude.  It was a pleasure doing business with them!! <br /> All of the staff went above and beyond to help me out.  Lisa arranged to get someone out to the house to help locate the tank, and worked with me to coordinate the pumping so that it could be done when the county inspector could be here.  The owner even came out to look at a spot that was left on my driveway (something had leaked out of the truck!)  He took care of it right away.   <br /> I would definitely recommend Honey Wagon to anyone needing septic services!! <br />"
