"Courteous, explained what repairs and updates to my system that were to be done Kept me informed on when they were going to come and complete the work."

"The technician's name was Corey and he is outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable about sprinkler systems, Corey explained all repairs he was making to my system. Replaced all 7 valves in the yard (they were as old as my home, 20 years, and needed to be replaced). He examined all sprinkler heads and rotors and replaced approximately 10 of each. I am extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and Corey's manner. I only gave a 4.5 star rating on the price - seemed fair to me, but I do not have the market pricing data that would let me know if I got a good deal. I am extremely happy with the way my system is operating however."

"This was by far the BEST experience I've had with ANY Lawn sprinkler company. First of all, the person they sent, Henry, was a real gentleman. He did not try to "add on" extra services. He did what I asked - he looked at 3 sprinklers and fixed them in a very good way. He spent time helping me figure out how to better care for the sprinklers. In this day and age of hate (which disgusts me), it is such a pleasure to deal with an honest, good company. Thanks."

"I highly recommend Ortiz Sprinkler LLC to repair/replace a complete sprinkler system. My timer wasn’t working correctly and one of my irrigation Zones was disabled. I had two company technicians try to repair the system, but only Mr Ortiz was the only professional, skilled enough to complete the repairs. He’s the best, hands down."

"I was very pleased with the job Florida Irrigator,s did installing a sprinkler system They were very courteous, and patient answering all my questions, and showing me,several times how to set, and reset the timer."
