"Aruro and his crew did a great job renovating our crawl space masonry and getting it ready for a vapor barrier to be installed as well as poring a new section of cement floor. They also built a 12 x 18' shed foundation for us. All work was extremely well done and they worked to get all the extras that typically come up done at no charge or for a reasonable added fee. People who come in my crawl space now say it's the nicest one they have ever seen!ð"

"I have been waiting for 20 years to get a new driveway. Finally got it done. Mike came out to give us a quote in a timely manner. We booked the job and we are completely satisfied with the work. Alex and his team were amazing hard workers. They removed our old cracked and crumbling driveway and sidewalk to the front porch. They regraded the ground for the new wider driveway, poured a new driveway, sidewalk and steps. They also resurfaced the front of our porch. It was a three day job, but we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was courteous, hard working and professional. "The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

"Eusebio Perez quoted the job to me and advised when he could start. The work crew showed up promptly on the 1st workday and demolished the existing concrete structure. The next day the ground area was reinforced/compacted, and new concrete was poured. The next workday, the new flagstone surface was installed followed a few days later (rain interruption) by the installation of the brick surround. Everything went smoothly and I was consulted whenever there was a question on the expected outcome. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.....the crew constantly measured/remeasured, checking the level each time a piece was placed. The final product is properly squared-off and there are no variances in how the pieces were cemented to the concrete. The entry to my house is now very attractive and should last for many years. I am very happy with the work and would recommend E&F Masonry to anyone in need of masonry work."
