"Recently had Great Lakes Renovations totally gut our bathroom. The tiling was superbly done. The job was completed in time allotted. Cleanup was completed each night. There were no surprises or hidden /unexpected costs. The crew was professional and friendly. They listened and consulted with my wife. Smart guys."

"Project went great! A previous owner had built a 2nd floor bathroom extension over a porch that sprung a leak through the porch. Sean was able to salvage much of the structure, make key repairs, and re-craft the bathroom extension to match the house (Victorian). Sean also did a full bathroom remodel. Incredible communicator, very collaborative design process, thoughtful and thorough work, great attention to detail. Would often arrive in the morning with a "I was thinking about it last night and would recommended we..." We've already hired Sean for another big project (3rd floor renovation). Total price of $55,000 was tied for most competitive of 4 bids received. Note that ~half was to repair and rebuild structure and the other ~half was for a full, large bathroom remodel."

"The work was well done. If weather or other situations came up, we were called and kept informed. Micheal and his crew were very pleasant to work with. The construction site was cleaned up promptly upon completion of the work."

"Couldn’t have asked for a better contractor to remodel our bathroom. Dave came for the estimate right on time, listened to our needs and wants, and gave us some great ideas of his own. The job was completed exactly when he said and we couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend!"

"Bathroom wet space (tub) remodel with Five Star Baths went smoothly for the most part! The transformation is stunning! The quality of the work is exceptional—everything looks polished and feels durable. Communication was somewhat challenging. It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!"

"We have used Jay for 3 projects prior to this bathroom remodel. He is very detailed in his work, accurate in cuts and tile installation. Good problem solver, also. Glad he pointed out a construction problems with a wal and asked if we wanted it fixed or ignore. We fixed it because the wall was uneven and is noticeable wavy which bothered me for years. Extra work but worth it. I also like he asks about details about installaion We added a wainscoting last minute. We discussed different heights, how tiles line up, etc. before installing. He was very nice about extra stop for more tile, because I expanded work. We support Jay as a small business owner and family man. We will use him for all our projects in future."

"I had Premier home pros remodel my bathroom and I am extremely pleased. The amount of work they did was exceptional at the price I recieved between 8500-9500. It was all custom work not prefabricated i would highly suggest this company to my friends and family!"

"They helped remodel my second bathroom and it looks amazing! This was my second time working with the company and I would definitely use them again"

"I recently utilized the bathroom remodeling services from Starbath and was thoroughly impressed. The ADA modifications were seamless and truly enhanced the accessibility of my space. The quality of the materials, particularly the stunning 12-inch dual-head shower in gold, added a luxurious touch. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service; the team was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about my needs throughout the process. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Starbath for their professionalism and high-quality products. My new bathroom is both beautiful and functional!"

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."
