Glad he pointed out a construction problems with a wal and asked if we wanted it fixed or ignore. We fixed it because the wall was uneven and is noticeable wavy which bothered me for years. Extra work but worth it. I also like he asks about details about installaion We added a wainscoting last minute. We discussed different heights, how tiles line up, etc. before installing.
