Why I have no idea one person could have done the job! They told us it would cost $750 to remove the toilet to snake it ! Nope !!! They said they moved something and today it’s not working again ! They don’t want to help the consumers they want to price gouge and make $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I do not recommend!!!"

"Fast work, but zero professionalism or safety protocol. I scheduled a 3:00 PM appt. and left work early to be home. The crew arrived early & entered my home while only my minor son was present?without a courtesy call to see if early arrival was okay. It is standard professional practice NOT to enter a home without an adult present. When I raised this safety concern, the office manager told me I should "take responsibility" for my son not announcing he was a minor. The job took <10 min., yet they left water/debris on the floor (no shoe covers). Since they left before the scheduled time, I missed the opportunity for a consultation regarding my main house trap to prevent future basement flooding. My request for them to return was denied. The office staff was aggressive, focused on upselling a subscription program rather than addressing the mess. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told: ?Well, that?s never gonna happen! We don?t do that here!" Avoid if you value accountability."
