"Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. We requested a Versailles pattern, and it looks gorgeous! They were even able to repair cracked tiles in 2 other bathrooms without damage to surrounding tiles. They use a system to level each tile with the adjacent tiles. Looks better in real life, because pictures are a little dark. Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!"

He was on time and clear with the exact products he needed to get the job completed. In about 4 hours, the project was finished and he sealed the slate for us as well. "We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future.
