"Very professional and punctual service. Timely communication before, during, and after the project - they even communicated with my insurance, saving me extra steps and time. Great choices in the replacement materials, willing to describe any/all of the problems and solutions. He was even willing to meet with the insurance inspector before I hired them to determine the issues involved. Everything was in writing and I was given copies of everything. The labor team was efficient and thorough, completing the work accurately and timely, and cleaning up all materials after the work was done. I believe that this company must be one of the best in their field and would definitely hire them again and refer them to a close friend."

"Good, but it was the hottest day of the summer. Understandably, the oppressive heat caused the crew to work more slowly than they would have under normal conditions. They had to go up and down stairs in both houses, so it wasn't easy! Total cost was higher than we'd planned, since charges are on an hourly basis. But we got moved! Crew lead and the 2 young men doing the work were very nice to us - considerate, polite, friendly, and appreciative. They were also careful not to cause any damage to belongings, freshly painted walls, floors, doors. We had a good moving crew. I recommend them!"

"Brad was fantastic! I had previously had another contractor come in and estimate about 1000 in repairs. Brad indicated this was definitely not the case. He provided an estimate and then beat it by $100. He was knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Estimate was provided and he came back and finished everything in less than 3 hours. Great guy! Great service! And I will be using him again.

"Because I had used the company last year for some home repairs, when my front storm door lock stopped working, I called on the company to fix it. I also wanted a quote on the yard work I was contemplating. It took a while to get in touch, but we finally got together to make an appointment for him to come out and give me a quote. He and his dad arrived for the appointment and tried to fix the door lock right then. When they determined that it needed to be replaced, he said he would order the assembly to be sent to my house and then we could arrange a time for him to do the rest of the work, since the rate quoted was acceptable to me. Again, it took awhile for them to get back to me (the door assembly arrived in about half the time anticipated AND there was a death in the family, but the job was not something that was a pressing matter, so the delay was no problem). Justin and his associate arrived  as scheduled and had the job mostly completed in short order. The door now locks and, most importantly, unlocks! The flower bed area looks great. Justin wasn't familiar with what I wanted, (too old-fashioned, I guess), but his father knew what I was talking about.  It apparently took a bit more time to find the marble chips, but the area looks just like I envisioned. The one tree was taken down quickly and, above all, safely. It really opens up the yard. The small tree was shaped up nicely. I told him to just "do something" with the middle tree. I have to confess, I was a bit worried as I watched him trimming up the tree for fear he was taking too much off, but I could NOT be happier with the result!  His associate came back the next day to clean up all the yard mess. Once again, I'm very happy with this company and will definitely contact them again (possibly next year!)
