"Stuart and his team were completely professional. We contracted with them at the end of last year's season. Due to our unpredictable PNW weather, we were unable to start the job before the heavy rain season set in. However, he placed us first on his priority list for the Spring. True to his word, he contacted us at the earliest date and arranged to begin prep work. His team showed up on schedule and knocked out all the exterior prep work in a single day. The crew covered all scrubs and moved patio furniture out of the way. No damage! After another week of rain, the weather cleared and they were able to start. The overall job took two days. We were thrilled with results. Our home looks brand new and we love our red door. You can't go wrong with Summit. The crews were professional and took great care to protect our lawn, shrubs and outdoor furniture. No overspray, no missed cracks, no paint on the window glass. Everything was taped and all the hand work was done with precision and care. The cost was reasonable and their responsiveness was top rate. Returned every call and kept every deadline. We are going to use them again for our interior work in another month or so."

"The vinyl siding of our 2 story house was extremely filthy, having not been cleaned for over 10 years.  The house is in the woods, so it had a lot of mildew, soot, spider webs and egg sacks, mold, and pine needles on the siding.  Justin pressure-washed the exterior.  It looks like new siding!  In addition, he cleaned the exterior of the upper story windows, two long, multi-paneled sky lights that jut out over the first floor, and gutters that run the length of the skylights.  Again, an excellent job.  The entire job took about 5 1/2 hours. Justin was punctual and very easy to work with."

"They did a great job and were very quick and efficient. They even negotiated a lower price because we didn't need our gutters cleaned, since they were going to be replaced the next week. I will definitely use their service again when I need the exterior of my house washed or windows or roof or driveway cleaned."

"My neighbor and I hired Derek to paint the exterior of our adjoining townhouses. He recommended excellent colors that matched or closely matched the existing colors. His price was fantastic. Derek and his crew did all the necessary prep work before painting and were timely and professional. He's also very easy to work with. You want this guy to paint either the interior or exterior of your home. Great Job!"

"It's hard to describe how dirty our sun room had become over the years: moss had taken over the exterior. Dirt, grime and spider webs caked the wood-frame corners, nooks and crannies; the 8 sets of double hung glass+vinyl windows were covered with a dirty film from wind and rain; and, finally mold and old leaves covered the plastic roof. Within just a few hours, Jose beautifully cleaned every inch of this large structure inside and out. He lightly bleached surfaces, eradicated thick moss growing on the brick trim, scrubbed the cedar frame and cleaned the windows to a sparkle shine. I couldn't believe my eyes when I came home from work to see my 13-year old sun room look brand new again. Thank you Jose, you are a pro!"

"DC Northwest Painting LLC is great to work with. Our latest project was 3 new construction homes in need of complete interior and exterior painting and deck staining, and they did a great job!"
