"We were very pleased with the tear-off and new roof done by Forever Roofing on our house in North Seattle in mid-June of 2020. The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend Forever Roofing for their response time and the quality of the workmanship."

"We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"CJ came and spent some time with me during the initial estimate. Very pleasant salesman that's easy to relate to and very detailed on how the whole project would be done. The crew that came out to replace my roof were quick, polite and cleaned up well after each work day. (2 days for the roof) Three Tree Roofing provided a huge dumpster for them to throw the debris in which was parked in my driveway, and a honey bucket for their use. There was one issue I had with the skylights and installation, but it's not enough to sway my opinion of this company. The company that Three Tree hired to replace my gutters were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well. I've hired many contractors over the years and have never been so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them. Last thing I should mention......... I received a nice little gift in the mail after the project was completed. Nice touch!!"

"Our 21 year old roof in Kirkland needed replacing. I had three estimates, and Krown came in lower than the other two. Out of the three visits, Mike was the one who had vision, knew exactly what needed to be done, assessed the moisture in the attic correctly, explained the process in great detail, and offered the best warranty. So, we went with Krown. We could not be happier. My wife and I are thrilled with the job. Once we settled on Mike, he had us booked out a week later. His team showed up on time and as planned. In two days, the job was completely finished, including a solar tube, new bathroom and microwave vents, gutters, and NW appropriate Leaf Relief gutter guards. Mike was around throughout, and installed the solar tube. He was back the next day after the job was done, personally inspecting the work and the yard. He was true to his word every step of the way. This might be my first review ever where I simply don't have anything bad to say. The roof is beautiful, we got it at the lowest price, and we are thrilled!"

"We contacted Integrity Roofing to inspect our roof prior to installing solar panels to determine if it had sufficient life remaining prior to going solar. Kes, our sales person, inspected our old roof and politely and professionally noted that it was at the end of its life. Kes, thoroughly explained our options and provided us with a detailed and competitive estimate. We chose to go with Integrity for these reasons. From there,Tova, in the office took care of getting our project scheduled within our limited time frame so as to minimize impact on the Air BnB we operate at our home. Chuy, our project manager, and his crew got the job done on time and right on budget. Peter the project engineer checked in as well to review progress and confirm the small change orders we made to replace just a few pieces of old trim and one piece of sheathing. The crew completed the project and left the property as clean as it was when they arrived. In a climate like we have here in the PNW, having a roof you can trust to protect your most valuable asset canâ t be understated. I now have that confidence. Thanks Integrity Roofing. Now bring in the solar panels!! Ben and Brooke Drury"

"I hired Atlas roofing for my roof rework on two units. They were very professional and straight forward from the beginning (estimate) no sales pressure, no drama, very straight forward and presented the materials right. Pricing I feel was very fair / if not a steal after I saw how well of a job they did on my house. My only complaint was that my project manager went on vacation so there was some miscommunication with the details of my work but Berry handled it in a very professional manner and was very responsive in my communication with him. I will definitely recommend Atlas roofing to all my friends and family! Great job."

"Dan from Puget Sound B&R did an outstanding roofing job for our home. The team arrived on time, worked safely, and completed the project faster than expected. The roof looks excellent and we feel confident about the quality. Highly recommend this construction company."

"When we discovered extensive rot damage to our home after removing an old deck, we were distraught. Many companies offered to do structural repairs or siding and paint, but not both. Moreover, those companies carried large project minimums, which would have forced us to throw away thousands to have our serious issue addressed. Enter Rain City. Guillermo, our project coordinator, offered to come out and see our project in person the day after our call, and was able to get a crew out to make the repairs that same week. The work was fast, but thorough - the Rain City crew even identified and fixed a number of additional siding and flashing issues around our house that we weren't aware of. Perhaps best of all, the minimum project size was reasonable: we didn't have to throw away any money for their services. If you find yourself needing home exterior help on short notice or small scale, give Rain City Exteriors a call - you won't regret it!"

"The Communication with Northwest Builders was exceptional. They listened attentively to our ideas, contributed creative suggestions, and managed the project with utmost care. The paver installation was completed on time, within budget, and the final outcome has exceeded our wildest dreams. Our family and friends can not stop admiring our new patio and walkway, and we find any excuse to spend time outdoors. Thanks to Northwest Builders, our outdoor space has become a true oasis"

"We hired TEAM Roofing for a roof replacement for 4 townhomes. The experience was unmatched. We have worked with many contractors over the years and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. From the initial evaluation and quote, to the quality of materials and careful supply to the outstanding installation and post installation follow-up. Well done and would highly recommend if you are in the market for a roof. They answered all questions and concerns promptly and did a wonderful job. The installation team cleaned every area that they worked in and were so friendly and professional. Great job, and many thanks!"
