"Norberto and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They removed a huge damaged tree for us, to the point of allowing the 6 ft trunk remaining to hopefully revive and regrow in the spring. Well done, and very challenging work. They also installed an intricate and elaborate drainage for a new lawn to replace an existing drainage system put in by another contract which only resulted in a dead lawn that had been overcome with an even worse water problem. Per customer request after contractor declared job finished, pavers joints were sealed with polymeric sand. Also customer had to request finishing transitions between retaining wall and pavers. In summary, contractor is excellent in construction techniques but needed some prompting to make clean, finishing touches. Good communication with customer. Completed job and is responsive to customer requests. Customer is very satisfied with end result."
