"Bryan was told that a pest control person noticed a pipe had a small leak, while he was moving along the crawl space under the house. <br>So Bryan crawled through the same space and realized that the pipe had become slightly disconnected from the shower drain. As always, he knew exactly how to fix it----not an easy chore. I then asked him about some moisture at the edge of the toilet (hoping the floor was not being damaged by it). He noticed that the toilet was no longer firmly fixed to the floor, removed it, replaced the old wax. centered the toilet better and cleaned everything up.
