"I really don't know how to judge the price because I didn't talk to any other contractors but it seemed fair, given how hard they worked and how good the result was. <br /> Very good work; the floor looked like new when they were done.  This was my master bath, right next to my carpeted bedroom.  They kept the adjoining area perfectly clean.  They gave me advice about cleaning and maintenance.  They are VERY professional.  P.S. - avoid a honed marble floor in a bathroom you actually intend to use, not worth the maintenance, and if you have one, keep it well sealed. <br /> Date is approximate. "They did a very nice job and were also very nice when I had to reschedule the work on short notice due to an emergency. The tile looked far, far better after their work. The only problem I had was that the grout whitener they applied came off when I wiped the wall with a damp cloth. I called and they then explained that because of the age of the house, what I actually have is cement between the tiles, not grout, and it does not hold the whitening agent well. They came out and redid the part I had wiped off at no charge and told me only to use a dry dust cloth on the walls. It would have been better if they had told me about this in advance, but plumbers working in the house later confirmed that they were correct about the cement."

"The installer came on-time and had our old door out in less than an hour.  The new door install was a little longer, with the trim portion lasting the longest.  They don't finish paint the trim, but they explained that to us when we ordered the door.  Everything from ordering to install went very smooth.  The one thing I wasn't fond of is that you have to negotiate the best price.  This seems consistent within the industry, but took several phone calls back and forth between several providers to come to something that worked out for all.  Don't let that be a damper though, it was a great experience with Tom Adams! <br />"

"Excellent !! Josh showed up on time, was very personable and professional. He explained the whole process before starting the job. We just purchased the house and the carpets were extremely dirty in the high traffic areas. It's an older carpet that we cannot afford replace right away. After Josh was finished, it looked like a new carpet ! We are very pleased with his company, and I will be highly recommending him to friends and family ! He honored Angie's List coupon. For all the work he did and the time he spent cleaning I would have expected to pay way more. When he was finished, the carpets were dry and with no odor. We have a stone hallway entry, and Josh showed us pictures of how it should look, I didn't even realize it was dirty. In the very near future I plan on having him come back to restore and seal this area. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
