"I m new to Home Advisor and have had excellent results! In the past I have reached out to contractors and have had spotty results. Often no return calls or over priced estimates. I Submitted a request on a Saturday morning around 6:00 and had a phone call from Pete May - the owner of Precision Decorative Concrete asking to come by that morning for an estimate! Pete showed up and was professional and and very detailed in his proposal. He said he would email me later in the day. Because I have had several other estimates I expected that Pete s estimate would be out of my price range. I was very happy that the estimate was well below others and provided more detail. ( this project has been on the back burner for 3 years !) I accepted his proposal and the job was complete within a week ! ( I didn t ask, but didn t expect them before 8:00 am!). I have never had a contractor show up early! They were here well before 8:00 am and did prep work as planned. The rest of the project went extremely well.
