"Flooring in kitchen and dining room looks good except they cut around flooring strips on all 4 - 2 exterior & 2 interior doors. The areas around flooring strip's look unprofessional and unfinished. These areas are already coming up. I had to buy wider door strips to cover hacked up floor areas. 
My biggest complaint is my new fridge lost it's grill at the bottom and no one bothered to replace it. Not the company or the contractors. 
Yes,  the work there is sub- contracted. I do not like sub-contracted work because each party blames the other and problem is never solved.
They group that  installed flooring were loud and unprofessional. I would not recommend flooring install. I am disappointed in the lack response from American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite. We called and the company was going to have sub-contractors to contact me for repair & replacement of fridge grill.
 I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EITHER!

"Duane is nothing short of terrific! We hired another contractor about a month ago to install our quartz countertops and never heard back from them. We had company coming from out of town and wanted to have our kitchen completed before their arrival. With only a week to get everything done, Duane set up everything in one day and the project was complete in a week. We were getting discouraged prior to hiring Gulf Coast Total Renovations but they made it happen! The countertops look wonderful and they left our kitchen in better shape than before by fixing our improperly installed dishwasher and recommending a new disposal as our other one was very old and damaged. I would recommend this company to anyone and we'll definitely be looking them up for our next project!"
