"Of the contractors I had come out to estimate Paul was the most thorough (he was the only one to look under the house to be sure of the level of the drain. He clearly explained what work would need to be done, what wouldn't be necessary, and how long it'd take. His crew were impressively fast at digging the trench (including avoiding damage to several irrigation lines) and installing the drain and clearing up afterwards, and the drain performed extremely well during our record-breaking winter rains. I'd definitely recommend Carty to anyone needing drainage work, and would use Paul again if I have any other drainage needs."

"Project kickoff began with an evaluation and a quote from a Ned Clyde engineer. After accepting the offer, we waited for 3 months to begin work due to high demand for their services. Project work spanned about four weeks, with some downtime due to weather. Aside from the main work of returning the floor and walls to original positions, the french drain along the foundation was remade with modern material. This work required a permit from the city of Martinez that required adding an earthquake shutoff valve for the natural gas service and a check for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors matching current codes. The cost of these upgrades were outside of the feeds paid to Ned Clyde, but they are sensible requirements that would have been done eventually anyway. Overall, the Ned Clyde folks are experts who did exactly what they promised with no required feedback. Costs were in line with other quotes, but I got the sense that I got a great bargain in value provided."

"I had 5 estimates to raise the front of my house 2-inches (leveling) onto an existing solid footing. I was not as concerned about price as how the work leveling would be accomplished. All Season was the only one that offered a straight forward solution. As there were many unknowns, they offer a "time and material" bid with a max not to exceed. They did a 5-star job with much attention to detail. Set up inside laser level to make sure I was happy with the result. I will be calling them first when I do leveling on the back half of the house. Project came in at less than 1/3 of the max estimate. Super professional. "
