"Matt, the owner of Platinum Plumbing, was the first to respond to my request for a plumber, the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The job was a challenge because I live in a small two story townhome where the tank water heater was located on the first floor in a kitchen closet that I want to convert into a food pantry. I wanted the tankless water heater to go on the other side of the closet wall by my washer and dryer. Two additional plumbing companies looked at the project. One gave me an extremely high estimate which included work that wasn't necessary and the other said it couldn't be done because of venting problems through the second story. Matt was the only person who knew how to assess the job without the need for extraneous costs and knowledgeable enough to solve the venting issues. He knew exactly what tankless water heater brand would best fit my needs and used quality materials to do the job. Matt was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. He worked diligently until the job was done - which was faster than expected - and cleaned all the areas he worked in. Matt takes great pride in his workmanship which is a rare quality these days. When he took my case, I knew I can put my plumbing problem behind my back because he is that good. He thoroughly examed the pipe under the shower pan and found the problem was incorrect caulking of the shower fixtures. He showed me how to fix the problem by myself. Dependable sent Taylor, who jumped out of his truck with an immediate smile. He was absolutely personable, respectful and professional. Immediately put me at ease. He evaluated my needs and gave me repair/replacement options for my immediate situation to get me through the night and we'll do the main fix in the next day or 2. With 3 bathrooms, I've put off for too long, other repairs or replacements that we will tackle next. He, again, gave me options to consider and timeframes to get these jobs done and working again. It's very easy to close off extra bathrooms and not use them for awhile when something breaks or doesn't work quite right. I gave him a call and he came over, checked out the pump and said I need a new one.  When he told me the price, I decided to try to fix the pump myself. So after spending $375.00 on parts, the pump lasted a few more months before it seized. I called Matt and he came over on a Saturday to replace the pump. I should have listened to Matt in the first place. Now I have a super-quiet, energy efficient pool pump. They even cleaned the pool before they left. Just call Matt."
