We had a fairly long list of renovations we wanted done to our house - from removing built-in shelves, to replacing all of our flooring, to new countertops, to removing and putting in a new tub, and even updating our shower. "Called to get my AC cleaned after purchasing a year plan for over $500 and got denied. This plan is supposed to cover 2 cleanings a year. I used one upon my purchase of the plan. Apparently under the fine print of the contract cleanings are not covered in the last 3 months of the “year” contract. Really bad business practice to mislead your customers to thinking you are covered for the year. Wish to see more honest places live up to claims. I would find somewhere else if I were you."
