"This review is for the carpentry company A&R Juarez Framing LLC. The primary owner/carpenter is Victor Juarez, Angel Juarez and Ruth Juarez. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in their work. I needed a company to put a roof over a outside pottery kiln and was in the bid process. The major things that stood out from this company and Victor and the others that called was that A&R Juarez Inc. was Arizona Register of Contractors (ROC) licensed, surety insurance bonded, had no filed complaints and they arrived exactly on time as they said they would and maintained outstanding communications until the minute they pulled up in my driveway. I wasn't really sure what to expect in this project in having a lean to installed on the side of our home; a disaster or a work of art. But because of Victor and staff, it came out beautifully crafted. A substantial structure that looked great attached to my home, we were really surprised at the workmanship. It was highly evident that Victor is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and has the knowledge and experience to make it all work. We are seriously pleased with the outcome of this project, giving Victor and his staff a "10" and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional talent. We were impressed! "Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

"Whereas I like the carpet and flooring, the new baseboards were painted (not a good job) by an unlicensed contractor they subcontracted with. They did credit me $100 however, I was stuck with the mess. We had called after we signed the contract and asked to replace the baseboards in the room that they put the new carpet in. They did not follow through and said we never called to add that to the order. Being out of town during installation, we had no idea things were not going exactly as we planned. I feel the owner and staff are rather condescending. They had an excuse for everything. It was a frustrating experience."

"Pretty well. Cesar and his crew are masters at drywall repair and matching texture pattern. The work took a week which was little longer than originally expected but we added some items to the list. After the crew was finished painting and left, we noticed some spots that were missed (hard to see except in the morning light). Cesar was more than happy to come and fix the problem in a very timely manner. Cesar wanted to make sure we were happy with the job and went out of his way to make it all good."

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."
