He not only scoped the entire line, showing us that the initial assessment was inaccurate, he went ahead and took a look at all the lines throughout the house to ensure between old pipes and a recent remodel, we could see and better understand the health of our pipes to be knowledgeable about potential future issues. All for a minor service fee. Turns out the leak was a pinhole leak from a small irrigation line. Custom Plumbing of Arizona will now be my first call for any plumbing issues. Once I agreed to have the water heater replaced, the inspectors left and indicated that the install technicians would be over to perform the work.
