"Chris and his team are absolutely fabulous!!  A++  Not only are they respectful of your home and noise levels, they are patient and communicate extremely well in the worst weather conditions (our winter this year has not been very helpful to outdoor projects!!).  The team arrived on time every day, they were neat and always cleaned up at the end of the day.  The work itself... The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "We first called this company because our teenage daughter ran into our garage door and it would no longer close. The owner, David, came out and fixed our door (without replacing it), and it worked perfectly after that until the spring broke many months later. They came back out and charged us very little to fix it, and have made multiple service calls since that time for free. On the last visit, David (the owner) even fixed our sprinkler box, which stopped working a couple weeks earlier. This company is great and they really do it all - not just garages. We plan to use them for landscaping, a fountain, and other work we need to have done around our home. They are a pleasure to work with and fair priced!"

"After leaving a request for a quote back in the Spring, we were finally contacted in late August.  My husband was in a business meeting at the time of the call (on his cell phone), and requested that they call us at home after 6pm that evening.  We did receive a very freindly return call a day or two later, and Kim arranged to schedule a quote the following week, once he checked his schedule.  My husband told him to call the home number after 6pm, or his cell number during the day.  We received two or three messages from Kim on the home phone during the next few days, but of course we were at work.  Kim did not leave a call back number or time.  We were never able to make connection, and received no more calls after Aug 24.  We decided to go ahead with a prior quote from another company. <br />"
