They recently finished our 8-unit homeowners associated town home in Redondo Beach and did an excellent job. Michael is a pleasure to work with and spent a lot of time with us in selecting the design and model of windows that were right for the project. He started with reviewing all the various manufacturers, models and style to make sure we selected the right product. He was very willing to work with us on price and installation time frame with his ultimate aim being happiness that we got the right product and the right job done the first time. They could install all 12 units, approximately 70 windows in 7 days, including setup, removal of old windows, installation and clean up. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job.
