"I am a Realtor and needed a roofing company to replace the roof on my listing in addition to gutter damage caused by the recent severe hail storm in our area. I referred my seller, who lives out of town, to a roofer I had used in the past. The roofer strung us out and did not get back to us when we called or emailed. Michael knew that we were close to closing and had his crews get out as soon as they possibly could even though the weather wasn't helping. They completed all of the work just days ahead of time, and provided all of the paperwork for our buyer's lender and escrow. I would definitely refer them again to my clients and I will use them for my personal needs should we have another severe hail storm like the last one. "A++++ After Handy Man Connection stood me up, I made a desperate call to Improvement Pros. I told him the story of how I was in town for just a few days trying to get my rental property ready to sale and needed the front door installed. (it had been kicked in, and therefore HAD to be done for safety reasons). The owner of the company and his son came over ON SATURDAY to do the work. They ran to Lowes and made the purchase for me and brought the door and supplies to me ( I do not have a truck). They stayed late (the day before Mother's Day), and never charged extra for it. They did an excellent job, charged me fairly, and were there for me when I needed. This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! Thanks to them for being there when I needed them. Great guy.
