I told him the story of how I was in town for just a few days trying to get my rental property ready to sale and needed the front door installed. (it had been kicked in, and therefore HAD to be done for safety reasons). The owner of the company and his son came over ON SATURDAY to do the work. They ran to Lowes and made the purchase for me and brought the door and supplies to me ( I do not have a truck). They stayed late (the day before Mother's Day), and never charged extra for it.
