He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! Cameron was professional and courteous. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds.
