Every review mentions Eugene because you are dealing with the owner and not just some sales rep. In one day his crew replaced my roof, replaced two skylights and installed new gutter guards. When deciding on the best shingle color, make sure you first see the big samples in person. I almost ended up with a "blue" roof even though the color I had originally picked was gray. "<p>We were having water leaking into the crawlspace under the old wooded deck. Tom poured a footing along the wall and perimeter and put in a slight pitch to help solve the problem. The patio is beautiful! The sidewalk came out better than we could ever expect. Tom was concerned about the elevation of the sidewalk leading away from our 4 season room and added an extra step. So glad he did as my mother is elderly and this will help. How he tied in the sidewalk to the shed which faired out to a nice little area to put our garbage cans exceeded our expectations. </p> <p>Tom's Construction is an in demand company based on the their top reviews with Angie's List so schedule out in advance. We signed up late last year and got on the waiting list. We actually pushed the job out since we were replacing our 4 season room or could of had the job completed in May. We got back in his schedule but with all the rain this year and the fact that they didn't want to wreck our yard with the heavy equipment, we got it done in August. It was certainly worth the wait to go with such a professional courteous company. Very friendly and they will help you with ideas to keep costs down. </p> <p>Our yard looks totally different now and we couldn't be happier. Great experience from start to finish!</p> <br />"

"Had my roof and gutters damaged by hail and wind. My roof was 18 years old. My insurance only wanted to give me money to patch and replace sections of roofs and gutters. We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. Highly recommend company and make sure you use them with your insurance companies. Make sure you ask for "Phil" he will walk you threw the process and deliver you a great experience."
