"Ryan assessed the issue as a cracked sewer pipe coming directly off the toilet. He returned with the needed parts and it took about 2 hours to complete the repair. Ryan was very good about answering my questions and explaining the fix to me. He did a very good job with the repair, and even reset another toilet for me at no charge. I would definitely recommend he and his company as thorough and reasonably priced. He will be my plumber going forward. Great job!! "

"This was a Home depot purchase and they use DRF to contract the install on 2018 had 2 tankless water heaters installed they are Navien 240S the heat exchanger is leaking and as the customer I have to call for the warranty issue as DRF will not or they want to send someone for triple the price to inspect the unit. Price gouging DO NOT USE THEM "
