I needed a toilet put in place in my powder room, a faucet changed in my kitchen, and a water filter installed in the kitchen. These three projects took longer than expected and I ended up paying for additional labor time. The installer encountered a few problems installing the water filtration system and had to come back out to correct them. Phone calls were returned promptly and follow-up before, during, and after the projects were completed was good."

"Marcus showed up on time to look at the damage and give me an estimate. He was very professional and performed the work promptly He and his laborer did a great job and cleaned up very well. I will have him put the air conditioner into a side wall in the spring when it's warmer. I am very pleased with his work. He also did a couple of very small jobs for me at no additional cost which I appreciated very much. I am more than happy to give him a great review and to recommend him as a contractor."

"Without a doubt hands down the best contractor i have ever worked with. We had an insurance claim from a flood on our second floor that leaked to the 1st floor and basement, Chris, Roy and the team was there PROMPTLY ever day at 7am SHARP, when they started to place plastic and cardboard on the floor that was our first sign that they were going to be good, the work was the best i have ever seen AND Having a 90 year old mother in law in the house at the time was a challenge, they even took the time to call and let me know how she was. Myself and my wife were ecstatic. KIND, Considerate and Professional,.,. I cannot begin to talk enough about this company and I highly recommend them for EVERYTHING you do in your home.   They know what they are doing, and how to do it. INCLUDING the clean up afterwords,  they worked with me on payment from my insurance company which is still pending and did the work when it was approved BEFORE they had a dime in their pocket,. We are now using them to change some doors in our home to sliders before the winter.  I had called some other companies here on Angies and are still waiting for a cal back. "The first company that was assigned by Choice Home Warranty did not show show or call for the scheduled appointment. I was told to contact the company, but I was not satisfied with the response and the new appointment. After complaining to Choice Home Warranty, they paired me with another company (HT Handy Works LLC). My plumbing issue was not covered under the warranty, but the company was able to resolve my problem, although it was costly."

"Having worked with Josh for the first time on a painting project in our new home, about a month ago... I decided to give him a shot at quoting and ultimately winning the bid for our fence. He had already proved his trustworthy ethics and willingness to keep customers satisfied. He was willing to start by digging the holes on a Saturday (never heard of a contractor working on the weekend), so that he could get out ahead of the impeding rain for the week. He made sure the holes were dig right with a two man auger and spared no expense on the concrete to set the posts (since we will be in the home for years to come).
Although the job did take a couple days longer than expected, this was in no way shape or form Josh's fault, as we had torrential downpours for two days and he had the decency to ask if it was ok not to work in the rain since not only was it dangerous, all of the trampling would ruin my grass.
He promised me that the job would be completed by Friday, and even pulled an extra person off of another job of his to make sure the man power was there to get the job done and done right.
The fence turned out absolutely great, and I couldn't be happier! The only problem is.. I cant seem to find enough work around the house to keep having him help! As stated in a review last month, Josh represents the new generation of contractors, one with honestly, loyalty, great prices and quality craftsmanship... a true asset."

"I called Kirt and he said he was busy but he still scheduled me for a few weeks out. He showed up gave me an estimate and even though I had to change some if my needs due to a structural problem, Kirt was willing to work with me. He was very professional and showed up when he said he would, got the job done and I was very happy. He worked in my hot attic and did not complain not once. I would recommend him to anyone. His price was right in line with other contractors and I know if I ever need anything else done he would be there to do it."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
