"This was the most unbelievable service call I've ever had. I was on a time crunch, catching up on laundry and, boom, my washer quits. I called a friend for a referral and he referred Reliable Appliance Repair. I decided to go ahead and call while I was in the Wal-Mart parking lot and was told that he could be there very quickly. I actually left Wal-Mart early in order to meet Randy at my home. He came quickly, as promised. Examined my machine; diagnosed the problem; had it disassembled in about a minute; had the repair part on his truck; and repaired the machine within 15 minutes. It may be a common problem, but to me that doesn't matter.  <br /> <br /> The service was quite amazing. I have quite literally spent more time on hold on the telephone waiting on getting service on a problem than I did from my initial call to Randy to the point of having my appliance repaired. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the incredibly rapid response.
