Lou gave us a bid up front, scheduled all the subcontractors, made sure our home was cleaned up every day as we were living in it during the remodel, met every contractor and supervised their work, resolved any scheduling problems that came up and made this remodeling job very smooth for us. It could be very inconvenient to have both your bathrooms remodeled at once, but Lou and Jesse kept their eye on things, made sure the subcontractors finished on a timely basis and cut costs for us when they could.
