"I waited until we had a few storms before writing this review. During the estimation process we discussed options which resulted in less work for the company and less expense for me. The work the company performed has exceeded all my expectations. There were a few curve balls thrown into the work due to the age and structural strength of the enclosure which the company handled well and with a certain amount of anticipation; they liked the challenge. In addition to the rescreening the company strengthed the enclosure structure with brackets and additional cables, and built a cat door on the lanai. Both of these additions to the original quote were reasonably priced. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional in their work and their personal behavior (language and music choices). The owner of the company headed the project."

"We would like to thank Bill and his crew for fixing a problem that was created by another contractor. We had a paver patio installed that was approximately 625 square feet. It required a footer due to the screen enclosure that was to be installed after its completion. The previous (paver) contractor decided to pour the footer themselves and not get a permit. This was a problem since we were now unable to get a screen enclosure installed without a footer that had a permit. We called Bill to help us out and he determined the footer was also not deep enough and would not last. With his recommendation, along with our perception of his knowledge, experience and honesty, we proceeded to contract his team to create a new and improved concrete footer. The results were everything we could ask for in a professional organization. The team, led by Bill, created a superior concrete footer that undoubtedly saved us thousands down the road. "Went great and was a great experience from the sales man to the installation. The salesman wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to up sell us but listened to our needs and reasons for updating. We replaced all our windows that were the original 40 year old aluminum single pane, the original sliding glass door, and had a storm door replaced with a solid door. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and the workmanship looks flawless."

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"
