"Great job!! Tony called ahead and said he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Then he arrived and got to work. It was a pretty big job, but he put in the new box first, and then patiently explained to me how to work it. Next, he surveyed the whole system, identifying and replacing sprinklers that weren't working, etc. He also found that some of our stations were misfiring....watering at times when other stations were supposed to be running, etc....this indicated we had gauge issues as well. Tony ended up replacing all 6 of our gauges on this visit. He also came back to clean up the unsightly wiring tangles that come out of the gauge set up. He really cared about the work!! I feel really good about the whole system now. Charlie's Wells put it back into good working order and the lawn looks awesome. This is a great outfit: from the lady who answers the phone, to the fact that they run multiple crews. Lots of other irrigation outfits are sole owner operators, and that is fine, but Charlie's Wells can often get to your job sooner because they have more staff. We learned this the hard way as our lawn went dead due to sprinkler system issues 4 months ago when we were out of town! I called the firm I had previously been using and they couldn't get to us for weeks!! Charlie's Wells scheduled immediately."

"Kevin (Sr) and Kevin (Jr) arrived on time and got right to work replacing old 3/4 inch valves with 1 inch valves and 9 Rain Bird rotors. All rotors adjusted and system fully tested. Now my well pump is not cycling when the sprinklers run. They were very professional and courteous and took the time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing and why. I will call them for any future sprinkler work."

"They LISTENED to what I wanted and thoroughly explained what I needed (a number of sprinkler heads that could rise above the estimated heights of a variety of new plantings in the front. There were DOZENS of new plants installed cuz I eliminated most of the grassy area under big oak trees.) They also did some things for me elsewhere. The point is, my WHOLE yard now much better off. I couldn't have asked for a more professional group of guys. Heck, they even noticed that the tag on my license plate had expired, so saved me a headache to boot! :) Would definitely hire again and recommend to others!"
