That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. "Farrell Plumbing â Simply the Best! A slab leak, under my master bath, tiled shower floor, meant a messy and expensive repair. I called several plumbing companies in my area and not one could compete with the customer service, expertise, options for repair, [all with a â laymanâ sâ conversation to clearly understand what this entails] that Farrell Plumbing provided. Eric was able to immediately come by to provide an estimate and after reviewing the leak inspection report and looking over firsthand where the issue was he provided an estimate and an understanding of what needed to be done to stop the leak and do the repair. Not gonna lie, this is an expensive fix, but the Farrell Plumbing quote was considerably less than two other quotes other plumbing businesses would only make over the phone. My home was built in 1979 making the pipes 44 years old and with our Florida hard water flowing through them all that time. Eric walked me through my question about the cost of a complete retro fit of new pipe throughout the house as I was concerned about other slab leaks beginning. Based on that conversation I decided to do the full replacement of new pipe which was more cost effective over the life of my home and would remove the possibility of future slab leaks requiring the tearing up of flooring. Farrell Pluming has superb customer service and responds to immediate texts and calls and follows up with when their techs are on the way with a photo and name of who will arrive at your door. Technicians, Kyle, Levi, Eric, Adam, Elijah, and Shane spent one and half days doing this complete retrofit, much of the work in a hot attic in Florida heat. It was a pleasure seeing how cohesive they work together and all were very mindful of my home and cleaned up after themselves throughout the retro fit. They even installed the two new shower heads, as a courtesy, that I had purchased for the two bathrooms. Let me share that Farrell Plumbing is a true family business and boy do they love dogs. My little girl, Gynness, followed them around for belly rubs and they were happy to oblige her. I cannot say enough about this team of men who did the install, polite, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful so I am calling them all out again. Thank you, Kyle, Levi, Adam, Elijah, and Shane, as well as Eric and Megan (office manager) who made this very ugly situation into one that brought peace of mind. "I had a blockage in my main drain which was causing waste (poop!) to backup into a shower. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers and they dispatched a service technician within 2-3 hours. Michael, the tech, arrived and evaluated the situation. He used an electric drain auger to try to clear the blockage but the auger was not robust enough to do the job. He called another technician, Matt, and even though Matt had already clocked out for the day, he came over to give Michael a hand. Matt had a better electric auger and like Michael earlier, dragged the auger onto the rooftop to access a plumbing vent in order to try to clear the blockage. They were able to send the auger down the entire length of the drain and clear out scale deposits that were the main cause of the blockage. They then used a camera and examined the entire drain all the way to the septic tank to ensure the line was completely clear. These guys were here for about 3-4 hours until around 8:00 PM and they persevered to ensure my drainage issue was resolved before they left. And to top it off, Michael cleaned/disinfected the nastiness from the shower and the toilet and he also cleaned/disinfected every doorknob they touched in the process of the repair. I cannot recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers strongly enough. This is the third time I have used their services over the last 4 years and I could not be happier with the quality of service and professionalism of the staff and technicians.
