"From the sales rep Duane to the last day of the project, things went GREAT. the CREWS WERE TIMELY, POLITE, CLEAN AND MORE IMPORTANTLY REAL CRAFTSMEN. At the beginning, the sales rep walked the entire property. This was unlike the other companies we called out who looked just at the front. The old tile was removed, nothing on the property was damaged , the old wood was replaced ( even was given a discount on some wood decking ) We even added a modification to the project after it began and that was dealt with .The tile manufacturer even came out to the project to help us pick out the right color tile for our roof. The roof looks GREAT. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL after the project, loved that. With all of the bad construction companies out there, this provided us security to know we didn't have to pay until after the project was complete. This company was a pleasure to deal with, they said they were going to do something and they did. This was a big investment for us and we are very Happy we chose Acoma Roofing. Your trust in them will not be Misspent."

"The work they did was awesome, and their salesman Levi was great and gave me a good price. Thanks. The roof looks great."

"It went good, the price went up a bit but that’s because of all the wood they had to replace. I’m glad they did, they don’t cut corners when it comes to quality that’s for sure. I feel like a have a very tough roof for the hurricanes or bad weather we have here in Florida."

"Dean Roofing was excellent, reasonable, professional and cleaned up everything. I interviewed about 20 roofers and Dean Roofing was the best! No heavy sales tactics and explained all details. The best roofer in the area!"

"Company had done work for us twice before (tile roofing and flat top rubber roofing). They did a great job and we never had a problem with anything they did. This job was done when we told it would be, all cleaned up after and during the work, and has held up well. (Done 3 years ago.)"

"Had woodstone come out and do a re-roof right before the hurricane. No leaks here! thank you guys so much!"

"We couldn't have had a better experience. Westchase Roofing wasn't our cheapest estimate nor were they the most expensive, but I can't imagine getting any better service by paying 5 or $6000 more as some estimates were. There were no hidden or surprise costs in their estimate. Any bad or rotten decking or fascia boards that needed to be replaced (seen or unseen) was already included in their estimate and they replaced a lot more wood than we were expecting. Other companies estimates only included replacing a minimal amount of wood and anything more would be added to their original estimate. Our final cost was exactly what was written on the estimate. They require no down payment. Bill is paid when the job is finished. When our salesman showed up for the initial meeting, he already had aerial views and a diagram of our house, shingle samples, roofing system information, etc. He was very informative and prepared and before he left we had our estimate. They called 4 or 5 days in advance to let us know when the work was to begin and again on the scheduled work day to let us know they were on the way. It took 3 1/2 days to do our house and they showed up on time everyday and gave us a full days work. When the job was completed, they spent a lot of time cleaning up any construction debris and nails that were left on the ground. Even the owner came on the final day to inspect the work. We feel Westchase Roofing did an outstanding job and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofing company."

"I have a fairly large roof (total size is 5000 square feet -- in roofing terms, that is 50 squares). The going rate for Angie's List A+ Contractors in Tampa appears to be between $290.00 to $340.00 per square. Good Neighbor charged $245.00, which brought the price to $12,250.00.  Prior to contracting with Good Neighbor, I got price quotes from five Angie's List A-rated providers.  All of them came in at $15-17K for the same project.
Note that I had a problem area on my roof where three sections intersect and had been causing a leak in my den for months.  Good Neighbor came back on site after the first rain subsequent to the roof installation, because we detected that the leak issue persisted.  They put on additional sealant, underlayment, metal drip edge and flashing that ultimately eliminated this issue.  This was not a straightforward fix -- in the past, I had had two other roofers come out and try to fix it with no success.  Good Neighbor were on-site for almost an entire day addressing this issue to my satisfaction at no additional charge on the project.
So, in all, Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing, Inc. were the best price by far and provided very professional and excellent service.  My new roof looks great.  I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
