"The rain storm on the night of January 8, 2026 that dropped an incredible 2" of rain within a short period showed us we had a major roof leak coming into our attic and upstairs bedroom. I went to Angi's list the next day and entered the parameters for our job. Justin with Gemini Roofing called immediately, confirmed the details of the job, and said he could take a look that afternoon. His likely arrival time was going to conflict with my need to pick up my daughter from school, so he shifted his schedule so he could get here beforehand. Justin gave an assessment based not only on the area needing repair, but on other maintenance issues observable to his expert eye. The quote for the full maintenance work seemed very reasonable, he sent me a contract very quickly, and we were set for him and his team to begin work the next day, a Saturday. "I regret hiring this company. The sales rep was pushy and misleading about what was included ? I believed gutters, soffit, and fascia were part of the job, but later was told it was just a cleaning (which never happened). The crew left open holes in my roof on day one, and the ?one-day job? dragged into four days of loud, late work with sloppy cleanup and debris left behind. When they said the job was done, I found exposed nail heads, poor trim work, and granule loss on my brand-new roof. They had to send crews back multiple times, and I still had to hire two independent inspectors at my own expense. I was also charged over $1,000 extra for wood and for trim I didn?t want ? now I?ll have to pay to remove and replace it. Despite repeated promises from management that they would ?take care of me,? my calls, emails, texts, and photos went ignored after one brief call from the GM.
