Manny came by with his samples of the work he's done and we were just very impressed by his manner and knowledge. He provided an itemized estimate, which we really appreciated, so we could see the breakdown by each piece of the project. Knowing that sometimes colors don't always come out the way they look on paper, he recommended we go see some real samples so we can make an informed decision. He recommended a place and it was the best advice because we got to see the different patterns in person along with colors. Manny was consistently timely. George carefully looked everything over and advised me though he would love the business he really didn't think a recapping of our concrete steps was necessary and it wouldn't really last all that long. He said the pits and abrasions on the landing could be repaired but they would'nt look much better, they weren't bad so he recommended that I leave well enough alone. He clearly knows his craft and wasn't out to make a quick buck. Good man who I will call if necessary in the future!"
