"Very well. Company ordered the piece I needed. Came in within the time-frame I was quoted. They did show up to install without calling me first. Owner did call to make sure it was okay to go ahead and install - he was parked outside. This was no problem as I was home. Maybe they were in the area. Owner did point out possible issues, which he does not work on. Gave me possible contact if issues should arrive. Also supplied me with pictures of the work he completed on my chimney so I could verify the work. Only took about an hour to remove old and install new cap. Might have been a little expensive, but worth it for the quality I feel was provided."

"The guys did a great job. I was upset that the flooding in SC this year damaged all the ductwork under my house. I had recieved 4 estimates from larger air conditioning companies all which gave me a bigger estimate for less work. Michael came out to my home for an estimate and I immediately trusted his judgement of replacing all of it and adding more metal ducts. Better yet the one giving the estimate was the actual person going to come out to do the job. When they arrived I have never seen a more hard working 2 man crew. They worked well into the night to get all of it done and even pointed out many places where I could improve my crawlspace with DIY projects. I really appreciate the work they did and put me at ease. Now my crawlspace no longers smells musty and is cleaner than it was before the storm and flood. <br /> Just on a note. "David was courteous and punctual throughout our dealings. His price was on par with the other estimates I received, but I was impressed with the amount of detail he included in his quote, and his 10 year labor & workmanship warranty. He was very diligent about helping me pick out the shingles for my roof/house color, and he has accounts with all the major brands. <br /> His workers were very thorough, removing not only the old shingles but all the felt, and making repairs as needed. I'm not a roofing expert, but he made a point of using "Starter Shingles" to insure seal & warranty,  and "proper Hip & Ridge caps" on Architectural Shingles. They also installed all new flashing, new pipe boots, and they cut & installed "shingle over" the vinyl ridge vent. <br /> There was an issue with debris from my roof landing in my neighbors landscaping (the edge of my roof pretty much extends over her privacy fence, making this hard to avoid). I received a phone call from my very unhappy neighbor, at which point I phoned David. He agreed to meet me there first thing the next morning to speak with my neighbor and inspect the damage. David was very professional, and said exactly what you would want someone to say in that situation. He apologized, took responsibility for it, and promised to make everything right. True to his word, he had his guys clean up my neighbors yard that day, along with mine, and there wasn't so much as a piece of a shingle or a nail left behind. He also sent my neighbor 2 bottles of wine (in cobalt blue bottles to match the one on her bottle tree which broke), with a note promising to check back in the spring to see if any of her plantings needed to be replaced. My neighbor was very satisfied with his response, and so was I. A class act, all the way. I have no hesitation about recommending Home Wrappers to anyone needing a new roof. <br />"

"In a word: outstanding! All work was performed according to schedule. Rusty Daniels went the extra mile to answer numerous questions and made intelligent suggestions for handling problem areas, i.e., two roof dormers, sealing areas surrounding a sun porch, and correcting a long standing valley drainage problem. I was pleasantly surprised at the remarkable roof system improvements that replaced a 20-year roof. All beds surrounding the work were completely covered and negligible damage was done by falling old materials. The clean up was totally complete with no evidence that any work having occurred. Mr. Daniels periodically checked the work as it progressed and when completed. The roof  looks good and has already sustained several heavy rainfalls with no leaks. We are very satisfied with the work. Heritage is a five star performer.   <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
