"Dan and his crew helped us out of a bind as our refrigerator leaked and our wood floors that Footprints Floors installed last year (to the day) got severely damaged. We were worried that we might have to redo the entire main level. Dan assured my wife and I that they will be able to not only fix the damaged boards, but also be able to lace the stain in making it look like nothing happened. The first thing that they did was a moisture test and they communicated to us immediately that the damage is not too bad and that, while some boards needed to be replaced, the rest can just be sanded and then stained and coated to match the existing floor. Hearing this made us feel better, but, still, we were worried that this may no happen. We kept getting reassurances from Dan and his team that all will be okay and to just be patient. Well, here we are after a few days that the work started and we are amazed at the tremendous job Dan and his team did on our wood floors! It really doesn't look like anything happened!! Everyone has their own experiences, but I was able to text Dan and he responded promptly with my questions. He and his team really cared about our needs and wanted to make sure we were satisfied in every way. In fact, we just asked for an extra coat and Dan went out of his way to ensure that someone comes tomorrow morning to get this done!!! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
