Called and scheduled an appointment, they called before coming and showed up on time. The tech was very thorough and effective as we found at least 200 dead spiders the next week. After the initial treatment we went a month without seeing any, then we saw a couple.  I called them back and the happily came back out and sprayed again free of charge, this is part of the deal if you sign up for a quarterly plan. Have not seen any spiders since. The quarterly service runs around 70 bucks and you are guaranteed to see no critters or they will come back out for free. Great service, couldn't be happier. They offer Monday through Saturday appointments which is great. The service takes about 30 minutes each time. They spray inside and around the outside perimeter of your home. Stewart arrived right on time on the day of the appointment and set two traps in my back yard. The very next morning, he found a male adult raccoon in one of the traps.
