I emailed photos of my old tub. Russ gave me a quote, I agreed and appointment was set up for technician to come redo my bathtub. He arrived on time (thank you!!) and spent the next 4 hours refinishing my tired, old tub. I couldn't be happier with the result. It looks beautiful. Refinishing a tub is a fairly messy job. Mike, the technician who did my tub was very professional and left everything neat and clean which I appreciated.
