"Needed to get some damaged vinyl siding replaced after a bad hail storm. Sam came out literally 25 minutes after my initial post on Angie's. After hearing sam say that they are here to help me and not to earn some ridiculous huge margin like the other guys, that really swayed my choice on who to go with. The price and quality of work definitely reflected that. All the pieces were replaced and they even took care of some extra pieces that had holes in it from the previous home owner. I will be calling this company back to do more work on my home in the future. Highly recommend using them for your exterior needs. They have gained my business!"

"Excellent work and extremely reasonable cost. I had 2 other bids each over $13,000. Rock Solid did a high quality job for $9,357. I have since hired them again to replace our chimney cap and flashing. Another outstanding job at a great price. Each time, they did excellent work. When they finished they cleaned up thoroughly. It’s been 5 years since our new roof was installed and I have found a total of 5 dropped roofing nails in the bushes. That’s incredible. They literally got on their hands and knees to search for ones that dropped and picked them up. The crews are very friendly and professional. "Daniels and Daniels painted my whole house and pressured washed the outside, as well as installed 3 replacement windows. The work is phenomenal and they were so nice and professional. "I do not remember the price, because I had done other things and we kind of incorporated all of it.  Overall it was excellent.  I had to call and have the container cleaned up for them to get rid of all the shingles and everything.  There were no nails, shingles or anything.  They covered the plants.  They were very good.  They were thorough, in and out. They did very fast, and I was really surprised.  They put in paint bars, air vents which I had not had but that what helped.  I had seen an advertisement on the internet and seen the name out there and through word of mouth.  I mean I was so pleased with their work; they had done most work for me since then.  They did a complete redo of the inside of my home.  They replaced the tiles, and they did my entire house.  They do really good work.  They did tile work, and they did my bathroom.  They paint, and they repaired my deck. The floor was good but the steps and things like that weren’t, so they redid that.  They redid my hardwood floor.   I had a wall between the living room and the kitchen and they actually cut out of a part of that wall and made a see through bar between there.  They do woodworking and everything, they are very good.  The pricing was very good because I had actually checked with some other people beforehand and they had a very competitive price.  The quality was excellent.  They cleaned up after everything and cleaned every day.  They were always there when they said they would be.  In fact I planned to use them, there is an addition that I wanted to do on to my deck, but I was kind of waiting until my income tax came in.  They also build an outbuilding from scratch and it is very nice.  They cleaned up after themselves every day before they left.  They are very very clean.  Sometimes it was a mess, and I would come home expecting something to do but I really didn’t.  They were very thorough.  They removed 2 huge palm trees from my mother’s property.   They do everything."

"We found Beams a great company to deal with. Wes, the owner met with us to clarify all details and was accommodating . The price was very fair considering the extend of work done. Brad Rigney is fabulous to work with. We had some tricky issues with metal fabrication on the roof and it went off without a hitch. The crew was always professional and kept the worksite clean. The job took a bit longer than expected but all in all a great experience. We will use them again.

"The first time it was $21,000, then we had them do some additional...they gave us an estimate, I think of around $6000 and honestly we haven't paid them because they haven't finished. They seemed very professional. I thought they would do an excellent job. They could match our color scheme. This is in a company that is warranted, life time paint, never have to paint again and if we do, we'll come out time and time again to do it. So the idea was great and we had been having to paint the brand new home every year. We were tired of that and they seemed like they could do a great job and the product seemed very good. We had them paint it the first time and we had room additions added and they painted that. It seemed very good and very professional. They painted some things that they shouldn't have like the windows, so it is hard to close them. Overall they did a decent job but then the last time they came out to do some repair work, they actually did some construction in addition to the painting and then they didn't match the paint colors correctly. They didn't finish the repair work, where they thought they might have finished it, it wasn't as it was before architecturally, aesthetically pleasing anymore. I had a punch out list and I said, this is all the punch out list that needs to be addressed. They said something about, okay they'll take care of it but they never scheduled a time or place to review the punch out list or to schedule to get them fixed. We have been calling and they've not been returning our calls. We thought they were out of business actually. Then last year all of our windows sills rotted and again, with the paint that wouldn't have happened. We replaced all of our windows. The window company actually reached out to Hoosier Permanent Coatings  and they are still in business as you probably found them in your system. They said well because we didn't pay them that last amount our, warranty is null and void. So we've been trying to call them, we leave messages and they don't call us back. If we talked to them maybe this thing can be settled."

Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. They should really be commended for their fantastic efforts to get the job done in one day!!

My home is now very soundproof, airtight, secure  and very pleasing to the eyes with the Vista Window.  I've already recommended Window City to my friends, neighbors and co-workers and will continue to do so.  Thank you Window City!!
