"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"The original issue was getting a leak repaired from the A/C.  They were not able to find and repair the leak.  I don't blame them though.  They repaired the attic crawl space access hole, which I am happy it is safer, but I am unhappy that the A/C line was not confirmed to be repaired.  I was only able to get the ceiling painted and I think they may have damaged my A/C.  The A/C worked before the repair and did not work after.  It is a tenant occupied property so I wasn't able to be present for the repair.  I was a little let down by this service.  The A/C is about a year old and now it is costing me additional money to get it diagnosed and repaired.

"Julian tile was referred by a friend that had selected him from Angi . He was very knowledgeable and professional. One of the best decision we've ever made . He totally remodeled the bathroom , built a shower from scratch , all new fixtures , tile floor . He plumb my bathroom, We had rotted floors and walls that he repaired and a chimney ha had to knock out to the wall . Julian tile made the remodel enjoyable and easy. He gathered us every step of the way , he's trustworthy and we are so glad that he was referred to us . We would give him 10 start if we could instead of 5."
