"A huge upper section of a very tall and large pine tree crashed onto my house and USAA promptly removed it but said the main tree was not covered though it was so damaged it clearly needed to be cut down before it too fell on the house. I called Joseph and he came out quickly and provided a very reasonable estimate and promised to return the following morning to cut it down. He and Drew arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently, were very careful not to damage our property, and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had been here. Joseph is a 14 year Army veteran who is still serving in the Reserves who takes pride in his work, knows his stuff, and goes the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. Call him. "Very good, 12 yards of top soil were brought in to level off and fill in holes in the back yard so the yard would stop being cut out and wouldn’t hold water in the holes. Work was done with a skid steer and a yard rake. Work was done in a fair time and the finished product looked great. It went very well.  I am a returning customer.  I had my roof done in Feb. of 2015 and was very satisfied.  When I had a car hit my house, I knew immediately who I wanted to fix it.  As in the past, the crew was very professional and hardworking.  Brian and Sarah are the best.  They followed up on the work-site to make sure everything is progressing as expected. Brian was very good about explaining all the details of the project before beginning to ensure I understood what they were able to fix with the funds available.  Sarah immediately returned my text when I told her what happened and her and Brian came over within an hour and they were on their way to their son's game.  Can't say enough positive things about Atlantic Coastal.  I still have work that I need to get done on my house, and when I get the funds to do it:), I know who I will be calling.  Thanks again Atlantic Coastal!
