"Customer service was top notch!  Kevin got back to me the same day that I inquired about having this work done, and had an estimate ready for me very quickly.  Communication was excellent.  We set up an appointment for the work to be done, and he called the night before to confirm.  He showed up precisely on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, and gave me an estimate on how long it would take. We had moved what we could out of the rooms the night before, but Kevin moved the rest of the items on his own, some of which were quite heavy.  Nothing was missed. I felt that Kevin was up-front and honest about what type of a difference I could expect to see in both the grout and the carpet, and I was satisfied with how it looked after the work was done.  The carpet, especially, looks fantastic! I felt Kevin's price was fair for the amount of labor involved, and again, his professionalism/customer service is excellent.  He called me when he was finishing up, and even sent a message to let me know that a package had been delivered while he was there, and that he had told the delivery person to place it in the garage.  I received a follow-up phone call the next morning from Kevin, which again shows that he cares about the quality of his work, and the satisfaction of his customers.  This is how business should be done!  I plan to contact Kevin at Complete Floor Care again when I decide to have the carpets in our bedrooms cleaned, and I do recommend him to others. <br />"

"The person did not do the greatest job. I was working at the time she was here so I did not have time to check while she was here. I was later preparing to show my house and found a lot of areas that had not been dusted or cleaned. Their estimate was $40 more than another one I got, but I went with them because they have cleaned for me in the past and done a great job, but this latest experience has me very disappointed."

"I think we had one extra thing done above their standard. There was a little bit of a mix up when I talked to them on the phone to make the arrangements. They said to go ahead and move as much of the furniture out of the two rooms as you can and have it ready for them. When the crew got here, and they saw half of our furniture out on the front porch they said, “what’s all of this doing out here?” I said, “we were told to move everything that we could handle.” They said, “oh no, we’re supposed to move it for you.” So, having a bad back and moving all that furniture didn’t do me a whole lot of good, but that’s what happened. Otherwise the cleaning went well. It was a good price for that. It turned out that they did a real good job. I would probably try someone else to see what else is out there on the public market."

"Each month the quality of the cleaning went downhill.  The owner was very polite and apologetic and tried to make things right.  Her workers just work too fast and attention to detail was not there. I think the owner just schedules too many homes to clean in a day and doesn't have enough staff. <br />"
