"I have a 100 year old house with a very steeply peaked roofline - hard to work on. Fascia and shingles blew off during a recent storm. Rudy & his son came out and inspected the roof and quoted the repairs, which included finding older shingles which are not currently readily on the market. Although the roof is older, and the shingles beginning to become brittle, for personal reasons, I am not presently in a position to replace the roof, and they agreed to perform maintenance, replacing missing shingles, fascia etc. for the time being. They were happy to help me out, not only replaced the fascia that blew off, but also added some to my garage. During the repair, they brought down samples of my older shingles, and discussed with me the aging factors that were present in my existing roof, advising me that they DO recommend a roof replacement within a year or two. I will definitely reach out in a year or so, once present circumstances are behind me."

Roughly 1 1/2 day job, which included removing at least 2 layers of shingles, replacing some wood, and putting on the new roofing. "Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!"

"Tom Burke, owner of Tom's Construction, returned my call requesting an estimate promptly, and was friendly, professional, and helpful in thoroughly discussing the extensive foundation repairs needed for our home. Although he was unable to perform the work personally due to our location, he referred us to others whom he believed could perform the work. He very kindly answered my questions, and extended himself above and beyond what would normally be anticipated knowing that we would be unable to enter into a contractual agreement at this time. If I had the option of hiring him to complete work on my home, I would do so, as he favorably impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. I understand that he will be licensed to work in my area in the near future, and I will definitely keep him in mind for any future needs we may have.
