"We had an excellent experience with Diamond Exterior Renovations. Our home was previously stucco, and it had started cracking, requiring constant repainting and upkeep. Dmitriy took the time to explain our options and recommended switching to siding and wrapping the fascia boards and all exposed wood so we’d never have to worry about dry rot again. The workmanship was top-notch, the crew was professional, and the final result completely transformed our home. Everything looks clean, modern, and built to last. We’re extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the guidance Dmitriy provided throughout the process. Highly recommend Diamond Exterior Renovations to anyone considering new siding or exterior upgrades."

The crew was professional, punctual, and took pride in their work. Communication was clear throughout the project, and they were flexible when changes or questions came up. Pricing was transparent with no surprises, and they took the time to explain everything before moving forward. "1. The Quote process: Michael came out a day or two after I reached out for a quote. I a lot of research and had a ton of questions. He was patient and answered all of them. He was the fourth contractor we had bid this job. We were looking to replace our cedar shingle siding with James Hardie lap siding. He produced the quote on site and that evening I reached out to ask about also replacing our windows. He came over again the next day to talk about it and measure. Came out a third time the next day with his partner and window specialist to measure and check for egress issues in the bedrooms. He was patient and thorough and prepared two separate quotes. One for siding and one for windows. We decided over that weekend to book him. 2. Ordering the custom windows took 6 weeks. So that how long it took to start the job. Siding only wouldve been about a month wait. This gave us time to prep all the parts of the house that would need to be painted to match the new siding. We did this part of the job ourselves and saved several thousand. Mike was upfront that his guys arent painters. Theyd do it, but what they really do is siding. 3. The install: Crew did the whole home demo in 4 hours. They were quick, clean, efficient, magical. The window install took two very long days but everything was done perfectly. The house needed insulation, so they threw that up in a day, and then did the OSB, Hardie Wrap. Once the siding started going up was when I could tell that the Foreman, Luis, was an artist and a perfectionist. He was as determined to get get it right like I was, and I couldnt have asked for a better person to lead the team. They had never done a white siding/white trim job before and it was challenging. They problem solved the whole time and even did some special projects for me as they went. All told, the entire job was done in 8 full days. The place was cleaned up and ready for inspection at the end of the last day. We COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED."

"We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. We were given an estimate for the work needed, I was really afraid of what may come up cost wise once they started the work, as I watch HGTV faithfully and I have seen how it goes, where the cost keeps going up. Everything we were told went as planned, we were told up front that we may need gutters, Yep we needed gutters, we had already factored the cost in. We had to delay the start date due to the weather, but once the rain had stopped Russ and his crew came out and the work went seamless, they showed up on time, worked till dark, and called me to let me know when they were leaving. The crew took pride in their work, if we had any questions or concerns, they put us at ease with their knowledge of how to do the job. They cleaned up as if they had never been here. We are really happy with the end result and so are our neighbors, several have asked if we were planning to sell. We gladly tell then NO! We would surely use them again, We have given their name to several neighbors we hope they call them. Thank you Best Exteriors, and especially thank you Alex. The Mitchell's
