"The part we needed was on longer available for our plasma TV Eddie got another part from Samsung to try to make it work, but no luck. A number of Samsung customers have had this problem. I discovered this looking at reviews online. Eddie advised us on our new purchase, and came back after the new TV was installed to hook up our Bose and Roku. He showed us how to used the menus to adjust the brightness and back lighting and to make other adjustments. He even took the old TV, and we are happy he can use the parts to save someone who may have a little more luck than we did. Very professional, very knowledgeable."

"Bill came out promptly and assessed the situation. My stacked washer and dryer required two men and a dolly to be able to work on the washer. Bill was able to source a second man to help and completed the repair. The longest wait was for the part needed to come in.
