I had four problem doors:  two exterior (front door and back door from basement) and two interior (one bathroom and one guest room).  Clifford the technician arrived within the window.  He checked the exterior doors first.  During the summer, I had to slam the basement door to close it.  During the winter (especially when the temperature is below 25), the front door warps (I have to lean on it to open the dead bolt).  Unfortunately, conditions weren't ideal for these.  The basement door closed perfectly and it wasn't cold enough to demonstrate the front door problem.  Clifford suggested that I video the front door during the next cold spell so Myriad could better assess the issue.

I had better luck with the two interior doors.  My house is more than 30 years old and neither door fully closed.  While I expected Clifford to tighten the screws, he explained that eliminating the play in them would make the problem worse.  Instead, he took down both doors and slightly planed their tops.  They now close beautifully.
