"Jose is simply THE best painter out there. I have rated him excellent in each category because that’s exactly what he is( if not more) Let me start by saying, I’m a tough client. My husband and I are both Attorneys and we are exceptionally particular about detail and do our due deligence research before taking on any project. I contacted Jose for a consultation in November. He came out, showed up on time and I was immediately struck by how pleasant he was. He took time to do a complete and thorough walk through with me all over the house. I had a lot of questions. He listened! After the first consult, I changed my mind about a few things and reached out to Jose again to come out for a second walk through and a revise quote. Without hesitation he was there. We knew from the outset painting would be our biggest investment in the home, so we had to get it right. Jose met with me a couple of times at Sherwin Williams to help me pick out paint. Jose is patient and he truly cares about his clients. We closed on our home On February 1st ( but planned to move in on February 28th) and Jose was at our house on February 2nd at 6am to start work as he had promised. He spent the next 3 weeks at our house EVERY day from 6am- 6pm! I had to drive past the house every morning on my way to the gym , and every day, without fail, his truck was parked in the driveway Early in the morning. He took one day off during that entire time. His work ethic is second to none. I was floored! When he started painting the main walls, one of the colors that I had chosen, didn’t turn out the way I had expected. Jose had already purchased all the paint and painted a good amount. I walked in, utterly disappointed at the color and Jose , without hesitation said “ don’t worry kiki! I’ll go back and buy the color you want . It’s your house and you have to love it “ no additional labor charge, no additional charge for paint - nothing! He simply repainted all the walls to the new color. Jose is meticulous. He pays attention to detail. He is diligent, he is consistent. He cares about his work and his client’s satisfaction. Jose speaks perfect English, though we communicated in both Spanish and English.Jose finished 1 week ahead of schedule . After he was done, we did a complete walk through and any area I thought needed more coverage, he repainted for me. This has been THE BEST contractor experience I have ever had . "So happy with the project. Mike and crew did a wonderful job working with me to create a retaining wall to support a driveway as well as designed in ground basketball hoop into the wall. We get a many compliments from the regular walkers in the neighborhood. Mike was responsive and easy to work with. The paving contractor changed the grade of the driveway, and we then had to unexpectedly make changes to the wall. Mike and Great Goats were great in extending the project, continuing to work with me to change and complete the project in a timely and cost effective manner. Would hire again."
