"Where do I start?!? If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He was at my house an hour after I called in a panic when several drains were clogged and unusable. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. When I despaired out loud while he was in the first drain that it didn’t sound promising, he simply replied, “Don’t worry, I’ll get it cleared!” I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone and everyone who needs an experienced, honest, friendly and hard-working plumber, and will be sending my family and friends his contact information. I’m already making a list of other plumbing projects I’d like him to do for me. Seriously, the world needs more people like him."

"A plumber got us an estimate on a variety of large and small jobs. He had it to us first thing in the morning the day after he came out to get information for the estimate.
The day the plumber had arranged to come to cap off two unused lines was an unexpectedly hectic one for me. He called ahead to let me know he would be a few minutes late. That was the first I had remembered he was coming. I explained my husband could let him in but nobody could let him out. He let himself out and left the paperwork just where I asked him to. Though they require payment at the time of service I had not left a check for the plumber. He let me call the payment in later that afternoon while I literally had only a couple of minutes between other appointments.
They couldn't have made it easier. I will use them again."

"We had both basement drain and sink in. When doing sink found that the pipe was blocked with calcium and had to be repaired. Although this is a stressful feeling Nick and Chad were amazing and went above and beyond!!! Giving us comfort in this stressful event. Thank you so much Nick and Chad for cleaning our drain and repairing our pipes all while very clean and very personable!! Would highly recommend Clog Busters amazing services."

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"Plumber looked at it from above and wrote up an”upfront quote” of $540 to replace a $20 drain. Hired a different plumber that was by no means fast and paid half of that."

"The plumber provided an estimate to do work related to having new countertops installed. While at our house we mentioned a problem of a wet basement ceiling which we though was rain water seeping in. He soon found that an improperly installed kitchen drainage pipe had slipped and major water was pouring into the wall every time the sink was used. His diagnosis was well timed as he had to cut the old kitchen counter in order to remove the lazy susan and get to the outside wall where the faulty pipe was located. Shortly afterward the granite countertops we had ordered were installed. All is well. We have since used this business for other work."
